With the new, versatile MINIFER
agitator bead mill you can process very small batches
ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 l. Operation modes can be either
discrete pass, circulation operation
or enclosed batch processing. All grinding chamber elements
are made of stainless steel and the swivel-mounted chamber is cooled.
Thanks to the ZETA® grinding system, very small
grinding media with diameter from 50 microns to 2 mm
can be used. The ZETA® system combines a high energy density with
the well-known, patented centrifugal separating system. The centrifugal
separation can utilize our patented laser-cut separating screens,
which are available in a variety of gap widths from 30 to 400
microns. The MINIFER
is equipped with a double-acting mechanical seal and an adjustable flow
rate hose pump. MINIFER
excels by its very simple, clean operation and
superbly reproducible grinding results.
These outstanding characteristics of the MINIFER
laboratory mill allow grinding down to the nano scale
and thus make it the "master of the nano-world".
