With the NETZSCH Vacuum De-Aerator micronized gases can be continuously removed from liquids with a wide range of viscosities.
With VTR principle (Vacuum Thinfilm Rotation Principle) products, like offset inks, shampoo and masses with various flow properties, these applications can be processed. The throughput, ranging from 500 to 4000 kg/h, is dependent upon the product and its viscosity.
This machine can be used to de-gas small amounts from portable vessels in batch operation as well as for large batches in continuous operation.
