NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik

The company NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik has developed the CHOCOEASY modules (patent pending) in cooperation with a chocolate manufacturer.

CHOCOEASY stands for a new, innovative manufacturing process for chocolate.

The conventional process steps dry and wet conching, known from classic production methods, are integrated in the CHOCOEASY manufacturing process. For fine grinding of the chocolate NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik uses a purpose-built agitator bead mill instead of a conventional 5 roll mill. The result is a very close particle size distribution. Moreover, the compact plant offers easy operation and simple process control.

CHOCOEASY is offered in six different sizes. For example, with the CHOCOEASY™ 300 batches ranging from 150 - 300 kg can be produced whereas with the CHOCOEASY™ 6000 a production capacity of up to 24 tons per day is obtainable.
